Very Unhappy customer becoming Very happy after prompt response from Elizabeth
We didnt receive correct lights. we tried ordering two times, both times we received wrong light. second time link was shared by Cleanlife team member. we still havent received credit from first order. We might end up disputing charges. hopefully someone can help and rectify . Not a good experience
Update : - Elizabeth promptly responded to our review and is working on rectify this. received partial order and remaining is on back order.
Our primary methods of shipping are UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. We do offer expedited shipping methods, which will be at the customers expense.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders received by 2:00 pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and will arrive in 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in the country.
How do I track my order?
After an order has been fulfilled from CLEANLIFE's warehouse, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. Tracking can be done conveniently online through either the UPS or FedEx websites.
